We worked with JetBlue to create TalentDNA, a digital tool that enables the cost-efficient individualized training of frontline Crewmembers, via the desktop, so the company can offer skill-based self-administered individual development plans for each frontline employee, and thus, effectively scale its legendary customer-centric culture. We worked with the New York Life team diagnostically, using our "Buyers Guide" for selecting new learning content, and then helped them rebuild the entire chain from alignment to high performance to user interface, concluding with specific metrics for ensuring success of the investment.
