Dr. Schwartz founded the Career Planning Center at the National Institute for Psychotherapies and The Talent Management Team, LLC; has consulted for The Kaempfer Company, BAA McArthurGlen Europe, PLC, Reichhold Chemicals, IBM, American Express, Texaco, and Continental Can-USA amongst others. He has a BS in Chemistry from Queens College and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from New York University.

Previously David ran a division of Qwest Communications focusing on Internet Application Services. David holds a BA from the University of Miami and a Masters of Science in Management and Systems from NYU.

During his 25-year career Jeff has held line, staff and consulting positions with SAS, Bose, Touche-Ross, The Spectrum Management Group and IBM, helping Fortune 500 companies to improve financial performance through contributions in operations, information technology and supply chain management. Most recently, he has focused on human capital management as organizational constraints have shifted from operations and engineering to talent acquisition and management. Jeff holds a BS from Drexel University; has completed the IT Boot Camp at Stanford University and holds a Six Sigma Black-Belt-level designation.

Higher Education: After almost 30 years of experience in higher education — serving as Dean of Admissions for Hamilton College, Johns Hopkins University, Rochester Institute of Technology - Rit developed an educational consulting practice with clients including NYU, Syracuse, SUNY Purchase, Albany Law School and Champlain College. He brings to CareerDNA a vision as to how admissions and career planning can work in concert to better prepare young people for the challenges they face in college and as they enter the workforce. He received his BA with Honors from Harvard College in Applied Math and Economics, his MBA from Stanford Business School, where he was a Miller Scholar, and completed his doctoral coursework with distinction at Harvard University in the joint PhD Program in Business Economics.

In 1998 she founded the full service personal branding agency, Miboso and in 2002, Miboso Radio - a leading edge web-cast that attracts thought leaders in executive coaching, organizational development, psychology, and leadership. Having begun her education at The Hermitage (now Geelong Grammar School) in Australia, she earned her clinical psychology, coaching, and fine art credentials from universities in Canada, the US and South Africa.
