The fundamental challenge for career counselors and talent management executives is to find the key ingredients that align the passion of employees and potential new hires to the mission and objectives of the organization. True end-to-end online solutions have not been available until now so it has been difficult to address the fundamental alignment challenge with a solution that scales.

At CareerDNA we started by empowering the individual to discover - and own - his/her passions and skills. The online solution we created for companies has now been translated for use by colleges and universities, providing students with a self-administered career planning tool. It allows them to unearth their skills, passions and interests and map them to job categories, and then build a self-marketing plan to optimize the job search.
